During the program "Rankovyi Ispyt" on "ERA-fm" radio, M.Tomenko commented on the personnel appointments of Viktor Yanukovych. "The problem of the first appointments of the Government members, chairmen of the regional administrations etc is in the fact they are done exclusively due to the party-political feature with the certain regional dominance", - M. Tomenko stated.
"Regarding the Regional Administrations Chairmen, the first appointing proves that these offices are occupied by regional representatives of party of regions", - he stated. At the same time, M. Tomenko is convinced that it is not necessary will be the person to unite the region and provide an effective work of the local power bodies.
The Deputy Chairman reminded that in the result of such appointment there was already one precedent. Thus the officials of the General Administration of Ministry on Foreign Affairs in Luhansk region addressed the President with the appeal to stop appointing to the leading offices in internal affairs bodies exclusively residents of Donetsk region.
M. Tomenko emphasized that if the power is ready to treat with respect all the regional and regional elites, they are supposed to "stop migration of the state officials from Donetsk region to the whole territory of Ukraine and appoint those regional professional that possess the authority among the population of their region."
The Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine stated: ""Kumizm" like a term in the personnel policy of Viktor Yushchenko used to be a point for discussion several year ago, unfortunately "family" appointing became a normal reality for our present dignitaries."
